Flicker Meeting Recap (10/30 - 11/1)

This Monday was our annual Halloween meeting, and it was a lot of fun as always!

We started by showing the submissions for the Bite-Sized Horror Challenge. The challenge was to make a 2-3 minute horror short, and our members delivered. We had awesome submissions. Thanks to everyone who participated! The entries have been sent to some of the people behind Cucalorus Film Festival here in Wilmington, NC, and a winner should be announced at this coming week's meeting.

After Bite-Sized Horror, we had our annual costume contest, which was great. There were so many good costumes!

Tuesday's Production Meeting was cancelled this week due to it being Halloween. Meetings will resume this coming Tuesday at 7pm in Leutze 138.

Reel Teal is getting closer to receiving 3,000 submissions! They are also hard at work developing advertising for the festival like commercials and posters. They meet every Wednesday at 7pm in Leutze 138.

This Monday's Flicker meeting will be a set workshop going through a quick setup of a scene, and it will be in DOBO 134 at 7:30pm this week. Hope to see you there!
