There are many solutions to treat oily hair, one of them is to maintain a daily wash, with several rinses and the use of hair conditioners or more specific treatments for excess bait on the scalp.
If you are looking for a natural shampoo for oily hair that can clean and wash away the oil from the scalp and the roots of the hair. You can make these preparations based on natural ingredients at home. There may also be other solutions, although natural is always better, but you can choose to choose a shampoo that is high in sodium lauryl sulfate and low in any type of conditioner, such as lanolin.
Solutions to treat oily hair
If your hair does not have dandruff, but is still oily, you can get good results with an anti-dandruff shampoo that contains coal tar. The formulas used to make these shampoos tend to dry out oilier hair.
Wash hair twice a day
It may be obvious that you need to wash your hair every day, up to twice in hot, humid weather. But most of all, you should apply shampoo twice every time you wash your hair: lather and leave it on your hair for a few minutes (which gives you time to remove the grease), rinse thoroughly, and then repeat in the same way.
Do not use conditioner. All it does is return the fat that you have washed so carefully.
Change the rinse cycle
It is fine to rinse your hair with water, but you will get better results if you use a concentrated infusion of rosemary. This aromatic herb contains essential oils that help control the overproduction of oil on the scalp.
To rinse, put 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary in a cup of boiling water. Let the infusion rest for about 20 minutes, strain, cool and pour into an empty plastic bottle. You can apply this rinse to oily hair after removing the shampoo with water. It is not necessary to rinse again as this way you can enjoy the fragrance of rosemary.
Make a lemon juice rinse
Mix the juice of two lemons with two cups of distilled water and pour it into a shampoo bottle. After washing and rinsing your hair, pat it dry and apply the mixture to your scalp. Leave it for about five minutes, so that the acid from the lemon juice acts on the fat. Then rinse your hair with cold water.
Vinegar, which is also acidic, can remove oil from your hair. Mix one cup of vinegar with one cup of water, and use it as a final hair rinse. The smell of vinegar will quickly fade after application to hair.
Use of mouthwash, in more extreme cases
If you have extremely oily hair, you could prepare a solution that will help reduce the production of sebum on the scalp. In a small cup, mix equal parts witch hazel with any commercial mouthwash. Both ingredients are astringent, which means that they help to close the pores of the skin when drying. Soak a cotton ball in the solution and rub it on your scalp (not hair) this should be done after the last rinse. You must exercise caution when performing this treatment, because it cannot be used more than once a week because it can damage the skin if it is very sensitive.
High blood pressure can be fatal and hence it is important to know how to keep it under control. Hypertension is a blood pressure reading above 140/90 mmHg. Such a high reading puts one at risk for a number of serious health conditions, including stroke and heart disease.
